That is one beautiful dragon! If I could give it one little piece of constructive criticism, you could increase the contrast in color between the dragon and the background to make it stand out more.

I agree with the other commentator that the skull's eyes are fantastic. Actually the whole drawing is, but the skull's eyes stand out to me the most due to their glossy, fiery quality.
