The graphics are actually pretty bad, there doesn't seem to be a way where you can regain health, and there's barely any story here. Therefore, I can't give you as high a rating as other users. Sorry.

I like the anatomy of her body, but you might want to work on her facial proportions. Maybe try the Loomis method and look up photos of African female models for reference.
